Mongolia to open schools and kindergartens on September 1, universities on September 14

AKIPRESS.COM - State Emergency Committee of Mongolia decided to open schools and kindergartens on September 1, universities and colleges on September 14.
PM U. Khurelsukh requested the Committee to allow start of the new academic year on September 1.
Hospitals are also preparing for academic year.
There is high possibility of spread of coronavirus infection in the country.
Parents have repeatedly said that distance learning is not effective.
Mongolia has introduced quarantine restrictions on January 30, 2020, and closed schools, kindergartens and universities due to coronavirus pandemic.
