Foreign trade of Tajikistan reaches $2.1 billion

AKIPRESS.COM - The foreign trade turnover of Tajikistan grew by 1% in the first half of 2020 compared to last year, Avesta reports.
The foreign trade reached $2.158 billion.
Exports stood at $654 million, which is 15% higher than in 2019.
Tajikistan exported jewels, minerals, energy, textile products, metal.
Import reached $1.5 billion, which is 4% less than in 2019.
Tajikistan imported goods from Russia, Kazakhstan, China. It traded with 108 countries, including 10 CIS countries.
Main trade partners of Tajikistan are Russia ($492 million), Kazakhstan ($461 million), Switzerland ($306 million), China ($232 million), Turkey ($159 million), Uzbekistan ($148 million).
