Turkish company to evacuate workers from Turkmenistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Turkish-Turkmen Joint Company Gülhan-Dearsan in Balkan region of Turkmenistan will organize charter flight to evacuate its workers and Turkish specialists from other companies.
Turkish Airlines flight is scheduled from Turkmenbashi to Istanbul in the evening of August 7, according to the diplomatic mission of Turkey to Turkmenistan.
133 Turkish citizens left Turkmenistan by charter flight on June 26, 30 more citizens on July 10. This flight was organized by Bouygues French construction company.
It was reported earlier that advisor for religious matters of Turkish Embassy Kemal Uckun died in Ashgabat cardiovascular hospital overnight between July 7 and July 8.
He died of coronavirus, which Turkmen authorities deny. Kemal Uckun was buried in his homeland Ajipayam city in the south-west of Turkey. His body was transported from Ashgabat by Turkish ambulance plane 24 hours before.
