The Seoul-Ulan Bator flight landed at the Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport on Saturday evening.
The list of passengers includes pregnant women, the elderly people, children, people with disabilities, people in poor health condition and those with financial or other problems, the commission said, adding that they will be isolated at designated facilities for 21 days.
Following its suspension of international commercial flights during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mongolia has repatriated more than 15,000 nationals from different parts of the world so far, according to the country's foreign ministry.
Mongolia will send at least 14 special flights to COVID-19-hit countries such as South Korea, the United States, India, the Czech Republic, Turkey and Australia this month to return more than 3,400 nationals.
As of August 2, the country has confirmed 293 COVID-19 cases, with no local transmissions or deaths.
