Oil production falls 1.4% in Kazakhstan in 7 months

AKIPRESS.COM - Oil production dropped 1.4% in 7 months in Kazakhstan, oil exports grew at the same time, Minister of Energy Nurlan Nogaev said at the government meeting today.
51.5 million tons of oil were produced in 7 months, this is 1.4% decrease year-on-year, Nogaev said.
The demand for oil dropped after introduced quarantine restrictions in many countries, the Minister said.
Oil export grew 0.4% and made 42 million tons, he added.
