Kyrgyzstan mulls import of electricity from Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The additional and secondary equipment is being repaired now to avoid rotational blackouts, Electric Stations' equipment repair and maintenance service chief Ulugbek Mamyraliev said.
"We have met the repair plan for the first half of the year," he said.
"Import of electricity from Kazakhstan is considered now," he aded.
The Toktogul dam contains 14.4 bilion cbm of water now.
"The projected volume will be known by around early September. It is supposed to make 14.9 billion cbm at least," he said.
