Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan hold consular consultations

AKIPRESS.COM - Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan held video conference on consular consultations on August 18, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan reported. Representatives of consular services, law enforcement agencies and diplomatic missions of both countries attended the meeting.
Sides discussed consular issues of mutual interest and prospects for further bilateral cooperation.
They also paid attention to migration cooperation, the current state and prospects of interaction between the law enforcement bodies of two countries.
Sides agreed to intensify interdepartmental interaction and expand cooperation in the consular, legal and migration spheres.
