Prime Minister of Uzbekistan to attend inauguration ceremony of school in Tajikistan

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov will visit Tajikistan to attend the inauguration ceremony of the school built and equipped with support of the Uzbek government, Asia-Plus reported with reference to a source in Sughd region administration.
The school for 640 students was built in Spitamen district, Sughd region.
The agreement on construction of the school was signed during visit of President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Tajikistan in May 2018.
The date of the inauguration ceremony is yet to be determined.
In addition to the school, the Uzbek government financed construction of a 200-bed hospital in Kubodien disttrict of Khatlon region of Tajikistan.
Tajikistan promised to construct a school for 640 students in Samarkand, a kindergarten in Rishtan district of Ferghana region.
