Construction of social village for poor families starts in Tokmok

AKIPRESS.COM - Construction of the social village has started in Tokmok, Chui region, Turmush reported.
Houses for 100 needy families will be erected in the village with support of sponsors.
25 houses will be built in total, 4 families will live in each house.
The territory of the social village will be fenced upon end of construction. Each house will have a boiler room, sanitation and hygiene facilities, furniture, home appliances and dishware.
A sewing workshop for 25 places, medical and obstetrician facility, food store, mosque, children's playground and football pitch will be built in the social village as well.
Families will receive coal every heating season. The poorest families will receive financial and humanitarian assistance from sponsors.
Widows with more than 2 children are eligible for accommodation in the social village.
Construction is supposed to be finished in 8 months depending upon epidemiological situation and weather conditions. The construction process was halted earlier due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Similar social villages were built in Chym-Korgon village of Kemin district, Sadovoyoe village of Chui region, Batken.
Another social village is being built in Oktiabrskoye village of Alamedin district.
