Kyrgyzstan to hold child and youth friendly towns competition

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan will hold the child and youth friendly towns competition. The respective resolution was signed by Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov on September 15.
The competition is held with the purpose of creation of favorable conditions for children and youth as part of the presidential order declaring 2020 the year of development of regions, digitalization and support of children, concept of regional policy for 2018-2022.
The prize fund of the competition is 6 million soms.
The competition will last until 31 August 2022. The State Youthm Physical Education and Sport Agency, region administrations, mayor offices of Bishkek and Osh will handle the organizational issues of the competition.
The following towns will contest: Balykchy, Batken, Bishkek, Jalal-Abad, Isfana, Kadamjai, Kara-Balta, Karakol, Kara-Kul, Kara-Suu, Kerben, Kochkor-Ata, Naryn, Osh, Talas, Tash-Kumyr, Tokmok, Uzgen.
