AKIPRESS.COM - Elections will have a positive impact on the economy, said Deputy Minister of Economy Avtandil Alybaev. "Citizens participating in the election process actively spend money contributing to certain sectors of the economy," he explained.
They spend money on advertisements, billboards, booklets, transportation, hotel services, cafes and restaurants, etc.
"In 2021 we expect approximate 4% economic growth," he added.
