Voting at home starts in Kyrgyzstan (In pictures)

AKIPRESS.COM - Voting outside the polling stations kicked off in Kyrgyzstan on Oct 3.
Eligible voters who cannot physically make it to the polling stations due to health issues or disability have the right to vote at home.
Precinct electoral commission #1003 in Bishkek organized visiting of those citizens. At 8 a.m. members of the election commission and observers gathered at the polling station.
A group of ballot commission members accompanied by a police officer visited the voters with portable ballot box.
