President Jeenbekov has voted in parliamentary elections

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov has voted in the parliamentary election at the polling station No. 1327 at the School No. 5 in Bishkek.
The President has arrived at the polling station at 9.00 a.m.
The President presented his ID to the polling station commission members. Identification of the President's fingerprints failed and a polling station commission member asked the President to take off his mask and took his photo for digital identification. The President's identification was successful then.
President Jeenbekov was given a ballot, proceeded to the voting booth and then cast his ballot into the automated ballot box.
The President addressed the media representatives there.
"All of us should come to polling stations to vote and make political choice. This is very important. The international community is monitoring our elections. I am convinced we will demonstrate high civil participation and civic culture. There is nothing more important than interests of people," the President said.
