277 international observers and 77 civil society organizations monitor parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - 277 international observers from 43 countries representing 33 organizations, 77 civil society organizations, 16 political parties are monitoring the ongoing parliamentary elections, the Central Election Commission reported. A public monitor is a person designated by a non-profit organization of Kyrgyzstna to monitor the preparations for elections, voting, tabulation of results, count of ballots, determination of results in line with the effective legislation.
International observers are individuals representing foreign or international organization gaining right to monitor preparation and conduct of elections and referendums in the order established by the law.
