President Jeenbekov notes strong political competition in parliamentary elections

AKIPRESS.COM - "These elections are held with a strong political competition," President Sooronbai Jeenbekov said today after he voted himself.
The President urged citizens of Kyrgyzstan to come to polling stations to vote.
"The election day has come. We have made everything possible to have transparent and fair elections. All political parties were provided equal opportunities and equal conditions. All debates were widely covered, especially by government-owned channels. I have fulfilled all obligations to make sure elections are open and fair," he said.
The President added the vote of each citizen is important. "Each vote of a citizen will determine the future of the country. We all should vote. There is nothing more important than interests of the country. Please come to polling stations and vote," the President urged.
