AKIPRESS.COM - Three violations were registered as of 2.00 p.m., Interior Ministry's represenative Sultan Makilov told a press conference today in Bishkek.
One was in Bishkek, two in Jalal-Abad region. The situation is stable in general, he said.
Two violations are vote selling and one is disorderly conduct in form of obstruction to voting, he said.
