TURKPA urges political forces to unite in President Jeenbekov's efforts to return to legal framework

AKIPRESS.COM - The Parliament Assembly of Turkic speaking countries (TURKPA) expressed concerns over tensed tension following the parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan.
TURKPA urged all political forces and citizens to unite in the efforts of President elected by people of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov in bringing the country back to legal framework.
"Kyrgyzstan is a TURKPA member. It plays an important role in cooperation of Turkic countries, political stability is an important factor for regional safety," the statement said.
TURKPA hopes the situation in the country will be stabilized according to the Constitution and legal framework of the Kyrgyz Republic in the nearest time.
