AKIPRESS.COM - Ex-Prime Minister Sapar Isakov and ex-mayor of Bishkek Albek Ibraimov did not return to prison, said the State Penitentiary Service on October 14.
Investigation into evasion of service of sentence was launched, the statement said.

Albek Ibraimov was sentenced to 15 years in prison for corruption in the construction of a school in the Kalys-Ordo, embezzlement of funds of the state company Dastan and corruption in providing municipal land plots.
