Dollar rises to 81.1 soms

AKIPRESS.COM - USD exchange rate increased to 80.7 soms (buying) and 81.1 soms (selling) in banks of Kyrgyzstan as of October 15.
In the morning the dollar rate ranged between 79.9-80 soms (buying) and 80.3-80.4 soms (selling).
On October 14 the dollar rate rose from 79.65 soms to 80.35 soms by the after noon of the same day.
The National Bank reported that this is a short term fluctuation linked with the resumption of cross-border payments after the suspension and increased demand for foreign currency.
