Power has changed in Kyrgyzstan lawfully - Sadyr Japarov

AKIPRESS.COM - "Today we witnessed a historic event," Prime Minister Sadyr Japarov said at the plenary session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on October 16.
"If we did not try to stabilize the situation on October 5-6, we would not be here now. Fortunately, there were no looting and takeovers. There was no revolution. The power changed peacefully, in a lawful way," Japarov said.
Sadyr Japarov said he is ready to make all possible efforts to perform passed presidential duties.
