History of Kyrgyzstan divided into 2 periods - before October 6 and after - Jeenbekov

AKIPRESS.COM - "It was 3 years ago when I was elected as the President. For this period we have done a big job," President Sooronbai Jeenbekov said at the session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan today considering his resignation.
"In the first years of work I focused on international relations. That demanded much efforts and time," he said.
The President said the main areas of his work included digitalization, development of agriculture, processing industry, potable water supply, implementation of court reforms, fight against corruption and other areas.
"History of the country divided into two period - before October 6 and after that day. History will show what this will bring. These were hard days for each Kyrgyzstani. I was criticized over stabilization of the situation in the country. I concentrated all my efforts on bringing the country back to legal framework," he said.
