Foreign Minister receives Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Foreign Affairs Ruslan Kazakbaev received Turkmen Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Shadurdy Meredov on October 16, the Ministry said.
Ambassador conveyed congratulations from Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov to Kazakbaev on his appointment.
Kazakbaev told about gradual stabilization of political situation in Kyrgyzstan and return of political processes to constitutional order. He reiterated commitment of Kyrgyzstan to fulfill all previously taken international obligations.
The parties exchanged views on bilateral cooperation and pointed out the importance of further strengthening of strategic partnership and cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan in political and diplomatic, trade and economic and cultural and humanitarian fields.
