Acting President Japarov signs order on ex-President status of Sooronbai Jeenbekov

AKIPRESS.COM - Acting President Sady Japarov has signed the order on ex-President Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
In accordance with the law on guarantees of work of the President of Kyrgyzstan and ex-President status, all norms foreseen by the effective legislation are retained for ex-President Sooronbai Jeenbekov.
The order enters into force since its signing.
The ex-President has immunity from prosecution. He will be provided with lifelong guarding, medical assistance, monthly allowance equivalent to 75% of his presidential salary or pension in the amount of 75% of his presidential salary upon achievement of pension age, accommodation in the State Residence.
