AKIPRESS.COM - Nurlan Mamytov is appointed as the Chairman of Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
Mamytov was a member of the Board of Directors of the Aiyl Bank from 2013 to 2017.
Previously, the fund was headed by Aziz Aaliyev.
Aaliyev tendered his resignation.
