Raim Matraimov ready to compensate 2 billion soms in damages: National Security Committee

AKIPRESS.COM - Former Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan Raim Matraimov is ready to compensate 2 billion soms in damages, said the National Security Committee in a statement. Matraimov was detained on suspicion of corruption by the anti-corruption service of the National Security Committee on October 20.
Preliminary damage caused by Matraimov amounted to 2 billion soms, the statement said.
Matraimov agreed with investigation and is ready to compensate the damage fully by the end of November this year, the statement said. First installment of 80 million soms has already been received by the GKNB, the statement said.
Court will choose the form of detention for Matraimov today.
