Former Registration Service Chair heads President's and Government's General Affairs Management Department

AKIPRESS.COM - Almaz Mambetov has been appointed Head of the President's and Government's General Affairs Management Department, the president's press service reported.
The respective order was sigend by acting President Sadyr Japarov.
Mambetov, 44, was State Registration Service Chairman from April 2019 to February 2020. He has worked in different government agencies, business for many years. In 2016, he was elected as mayor of Balykchy, he was nominated by SDPK. He is notoriously famous of having conflict with former mayor of Balykchy, when he threatened ex-mayor Satybek Shamshudinov with legal procedings using obsene language.
