AKIPRESS.COM - Export of concentrates of precious metals will be banned, raw materials must be refined in Kyrgyzstan, said acting President and Prime Minister Sadyr Japarov on November 3 in Osh.
At the meeting with Osh city and Osh region residents, Japarov said the matter will be decided before spring taking into account interests of both Kyrgyz people and the investors.
He also mentioned a harm done to the environment.
"The environment was damaged by every developing plant. It is difficult to restore it, so they will continue their work but without exporting all the profits, which belong to people and the country," he said.
