AKIPRESS.COM - As of November 4, some 5,468 beds for coronavirus patients were prepared in Kyrgyzstan. 3,437 (63%) of beds are occupied, Deputy Prime Minister Elvira Surabaldieva said at the session of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan today. Bed occupancy rate in Bishkek makes 81%, in Talas region - 68%, in Chui region - 65%, in Jalal-Abad region - 64%, in Issyk-Kul region - 63%.
These figures speak of deterioration of COVID-19 situation, the Deputy Prime Minister said.
The Deputy Prime Minister said the country 844 daytime and 13 nighttime makeshift hospitals in summer, many of those facilities were put on hold.
