AKIPRESS.COM - Abror Sabirov, son of Chairman of the State Antimonopoly Regulation Agency Shukhrat Sabirov, was released from custody, sources in law-enforcement bodies told AKIpress on November 11. Sabirov was detained on September 9 on suspicion of robbery and theft of smuggled cars from the parking lot in Luxemburg village near Bishkek.
On September 8, the unknown perpetrators hijacked Toyota and Honda cars previously impounded for failure to pay customs duties tying up a 74-year-old guard of the parking lot.
Sabirov was taken to remand prison #1.
