The petition demands to recall the draft law on constitutional referendum; to hold parliamentary and presidential elections in time; from authorities to act in line with the Constitution and effective laws.
On October 23, acting President Sadyr Japarov signed the law postponing repeat parliamentary elections, which were earlier scheduled for December 20 by the Central Election Commission, until completion of the constitutional reform.
