Kyrgyz short film wins prize at Tehran film festival

AKIPRESS.COM - Tynchtyk Abylkasymov's short film On the Border received a prize at the Soprtivlenie International Film Festival in Tehran, the Department of Cinematography said.
The film won the best short feature film script nomination.
Kyrgyzstan was represented by the staff of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Iran at the awards ceremony.
The film tells about an old man who became a prisoner of the border guards of the two neighboring countries.
