AKIPRESS.COM - The Kyrgyz government has made the decision on December 4 to reopen borders for foreign nationals and stateless persons arriving in Kyrgyzstan by plane through Manas, Osh, Issyk-Kul airports.
Arrival and border crossing is possible in line with COVID-19 protocols.
Since December 4, foreign nationals and stateless persons may arrive in Kyrgyzstan by regular flights in the order established by the effective national legislation.
The medical certificate with negative PCR test results for coronavirus infection made no more than 72 hours ago is required to travel to Kyrgyzstan.
Medical certificates will be checked and temperature of arriving passengers will be tested upon arrival in Kyrgyzstan.
In case PCR test for coronavirus infection was made more than 72 hours ago, foreign nationals will be tested upon arrival in Kyrgyzstan.
The government has made the decision to allow travel of foreign nationals, who are invited by Foreign Ministry and other agencies as international observers to observe upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections planned in 2021.
