Kyrgyzstan plans to introduce new international travel passport in H1 2021

AKIPRESS.COM - The State Registration Service said it received specimens of the new biometric international travel passport.
The quality of the passport, security features and design are tested now.
The State Registration Service signed a contract with Germany's Mühlbauer ID Services GmbH on delivery of biometric passports on May 29, 2020.
The new biometric passports have more than 30 security features, electronic chip in the cover of the passport, the modern materials and laser technology of printing personal information.
Introduction of the new biometric passports is planned since the first half of 2021.
