Mongolia reports 18 new COVID-19 cases, 89 recoveries

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia conducted 9,070 tests for coronavirus nationwide on December 17 and 18 people tested positive, Head of Surveillance Department of the National Center for Communicable Diseases A.Ambaselmaa said on Dec 18.
As of today, the total COVID-19 cases in Mongolia reached 941, including 473 recoveries.
459 people are undergoing treatment at the hospitals.
No new infections were recorded in Darkhan-Uul, Orkhon, Gobisumber and Arkhangai aimags in the past 24 hours.
A record number of 89 people recovered from coronavirus within a day.
