Wrestler Roman Tsarev detained on suspicion of extortion

AKIPRESS.COM - Two suspects of extortion were detained in Bishkek, the Interior Ministry said on December 23.
Two men threatened to kill the 29-year-old coming to his home in early December and demanded 380,000 soms the victim allegedly borrowed from the third person.
The racketeers were arrested red-handed while receiving 100,000 soms. Both were taken to the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Internal Affairs Department.
One of the detainees is a Greco-Roman wrestler Roman Tsarev. The investigation is under way.
