One member of Kyrgyz parliament detained, GKNB chief says

AKIPRESS.COM - "We caught one member of the parliament," said National Security Committee Chairman Kamchybek Tashiyev at a press conference on December 24.
"He's paying a large sum to the state for committing a big crime 8 years ago. He has already paid half of the large compensation," he said.
Tashiyev did not name the member of the parliament.
"Officials' income declarations must correspond to their real living conditions. We will check every official, minister, MP," Tashiyev promised.
