Uzbekistan declares 2021 as year of youth support and health promotion

AKIPRESS.COM - President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has declared the year 2021 as year of youth support and health promotion in his address to the Parliament of Uzbekistan today.
"If we consolidate knowledge, expertise, life experience and wisdom of elder generation with enthusiasm, courage and motivation of young people, we will achieve the set targets," President Mirziyoyev said.
"I am confident we will buid a new Uzbekistan with such educated and talented youth," the President said.
Since 1997, the President of Uzbekistan declares the title of the next year and sets priority areas for further development of the country. 2020 was declared as the year of science, education and digital economy.
