Presidents of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan discuss meeting of Central Asian leaders planned for next year

Despite the consequences of the global crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the leaders noted significant results achieved in the past year in strengthening bilateral strategic partnership.
The heads of state reviewed joint plans to enhance multifaceted cooperation in 2021, as well as the schedule of the upcoming events within the framework of bilateral contacts and international organizations.
The leaders agreed to increase cooperation between the two countries in trade, industry, agriculture and transport, and to carry out a rich program of business and cultural events next year.
The preparation of the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States in the coming year was discussed among other aspects.
