Deputy Prime Minister proposes creation of open database of pedophiles in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Prime Minister Elvira Surabaldieva has proposed creating a map with photos and data of pedophiles in Kyrgyzstan.
She voiced the proposal on her social media page citing the example of Kazakhstan, where the database is already functional.
Informing every parent and citizen of the importance of this information is a must, she said.
"When raping a 13-year-old girl by several men came to surface, the villagers blamed the victim and her parents. We all witnessed it. What do you think about setting up a map and publishing data on pedophiles in Kyrgyzstan? Or will these rapists find supporters, relatives who will sympathize with them?" she asks.
