98% polling stations in Kyrgyzstan have ramps for persons with disabilities

AKIPRESS.COM - All possible conditions should be created for voting by people with disabilities in the early presidential elections and the referendum, Central Election Commission expert Azamat Zakirov said.
54 local elections commissions and 2,473 polling stations were set up in the country, he said.
Local authorities should arrange transportation for people with disabilities. All polling stations should have ramps, he said.
"98% of polling stations have ramps now. The local authorities work on the polling stations remaining unaccessible for people with disabilities," Azamat Zakirov said.
