Presidential candidate Japarov says there are forces plotting post-election destabilization of situation

AKIPRESS.COM - Presidential candidate Sadyr Japarov has voted in the early presidential elections and the referendum on government system.
He has voted at the polling station #1053 near the Ala Archa State Residence.
After he cast ballots, Japarov said all candidates are his main rivals.
All should recognize the election results no matter who wins, he added.
