Sadyr Japarov comments on low voter turnout in snap presidential elections

AKIPRESS.COM - Sadyr Japarov has commented on a low voter turnout in the early presidential elections.
Japarov said the previous elections were dishonest.
"The voting results were falsified before, there was abuse of the form #2. The elections would not be unfair anymore, vote buying is prohibited. All these requirements were met at these elections. There was no mafia system. This is why the turnout was low," Japarov said.
The voter turnout in the elections and the referendum made around 33%.
