Water in Toktogul dam keeps going down

AKIPRESS.COM - The volume of water in the Toktogul reservoir as of January 20, 2021 amounted to 11.266 billion cubic meters.
The water inflow is 171 cubic meters per second and the water outflow is 680 cubic meters per second.
As of January 20, 2020, the volume of water in the reservoir was 14.134 billion cubic meters.
