Over 30,000 children enrolled to start school in 5 towns of Kyrgyzstan online last year

AKIPRESS.COM - More than 150,000 children were enrolled in 1st grades of schools in 2020-2021 school year, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Nadira Jusupbekova told a press conference on February 4.
More than 30,000 children in Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Kyzyl-Kiya, Kara-Balta were enrolled online.
17,676 children were enrolled online in Bishkek.
Online school enrollment for first graders will open since February 15 for the 2021-2022 school year.
It will last until August 15.
Children reaching school age (6-7 years) may be enrolled on the website mektep.edu.gov.kg.
