AKIPRESS.COM - The Ministry of Health and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan plans to reopen schools and kindergartens since March 1, Minister of Health and Social Development Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said.
"The final decision will depend upon COVID-19 situation however. In case the number of patients with Kawasaki syndrome grows, we will make respective decision," the Minister said.
Former acting mayor of Bishkek Balbak Tulobaev announced re-opening of all kindergartens and schools since March 1 in Bishkek.
School students of grades 1, 5, 9, 11 study offline since January 18. The rest students study online.
