43 COVID-19 cases registered among children in Bishkek for 2 months

AKIPRESS.COM - 43 coronavirus case were registered among children in Bishkek in January-February, State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Department Deputy Director Ainagul Riskulbekova said.
"13 children contracted coronavirus infection after resumption of offline classes in schools. They caught coronavirus not at school, but at home. 6 school teachers caught COVID-19 as well," she said.
Few of these children had complications, Public Health Department Director Ainura Akmatova said.
"They have symptoms similar to Kawasaki syndrome. These cases are few," Ainura Akmatova added.
