New Bishkek police chief introduced to staff

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Internal Affairs Ulan Niyazbekov introduced the new head of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs, Colonel Bakyt Matmusaev, to the staff on February 15.
The minister noted that during his years of service in the internal affairs bodies, Matmusaev has proven himself as a competent and professional officer who always stands for the law.
He has the necessary organizational skills and has extensive experience in the police, he added.
