NABU to open rehabilitation center for snow leopards in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Germany Erlan Abdyldaev met with Managing Director of Germany's Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) Leif Miller on February 17.
Ambassador Abdyldaev expressed gratitude to NABU for long-term productive cooperation and implementation of environmental protection projects in Kyrgyzstan.
A particular attention was paid to opening of a rehabilitation center in Kyrgyzstan for preservation and protection of snow leopards.
The views were also exchanged at the meeting concerning main areas of regional cooperation in environmental protection and ecological safety in Central Asia.
