Hungary and Uzbekistan sign 12 investment projects at business forum

AKIPRESS.COM - Uzbekistan-Hungary Business Forum was held on February 17 in Budapest as part of visit of the Uzbek government delegation.
The forum was opened by Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Economic Ties Peter Szijjarto.
Bilateral agreements on 12 investment regions in different regions of Uzbekstan were signed at the forum, including projects in poultry farming, fishery, animal husbandry, food industry.
Further actions on 76 new promising investments projects were considered. Partners were already found from both sides for 26 new projects.
The cooperation agreement was also signed between the Export Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan and Hungarian Investment and Trade Agency.
Associaton of Private Tour Operators of Uzbekistan and Association of Hungarian Travel Agencies and Tour Operators signed the agreement on promotion of tourism.
The Pharmaceutical Industry Agency of Uzbekistan signed the agreement of cooperation with the Pharmacological Cluster of Hungary on improvement of pharmaceutical education.
