Development of trade and economic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Germany in 2021 discussed

AKIPRESS.COM - Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev met with the Executive Director of the German Eastern Business Association Mr. Michael Harms in Berlin on Feb 19, the foreign ministry said on Feb 24.
They discussed development of trade and economic relations between the two countries in 2021.
During the meeting, the parties expressed the hope that the situation pertaining to the coronavirus pandemic will completely stabilize in the near future. In this regard, joint plans have been outlined for organizing events this year aimed at stimulating trade, economic and investment cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Germany.
Ambassador Erlan Abdyldaev also informed about the plans to hold the First European Union-Central Asia Economic Forum in Kyrgyzstan in the second half of 2021 and invited German business circles to take an active part in it.
German Eastern Business Association is the largest organization in Germany for the development of economic cooperation with the countries of Central, Eastern and Southeast Europe, the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
